We offer the terms of the service warranty.
1. All SAAB baking equipment and its spare parts are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship within one year from the date of shipment (not more than 12 months from the month of manufacture) (the month of manufacture can be found on the nameplate of the baking equipment).
2. The warranty is provided when the goods were properly used and maintained in accordance with User Manual or other notices issued.
3. If it is confirmed by Saab's judgment or one of our authorized representatives that there are defects in materials and products, a warranty is provided; And the goods claimed to be defective are returned and checked to meet the requirements of the claim, Saab will repair or replace the parts free of charge
4. The warranty is only valid for SAAB's authorized agents. SAAB will not provide a warranty for people who have not purchased original genuine goods/parts directly from the factory or authorized agents.
5. Normal wear and tear parts are not covered by the warranty.
6. The warranty will be voided whenever break-downs or problems appear because of lack of experience, usage over its normal specifications, being error modified; being returned back incompletely, being disassembled improperly, or with tampered nameplate data.
