Airsaab 716 model of proofer is designed and built to control the proofing process of bakery and pastry dough. The proofer has a compact and solid design so that deck oven could be put on top to share the same footprint. The combination of such base proofer and deck oven is recommended when there is limited space in the shop.
Though the proofer is small, it has the same function as the big guys.  It makes the process of proofing easy and consistent, keeping uniform temperatures throughout the trays and even, constant airflow. It offers the most suitable warmness and humidity for the yeast to develop the dough. It is equipped with a see-through window allowing a perfect view of the product during the proofing process. The proofer has a digital control panel with timer, humidity and temperature setting. The control panel also has buttons for light and fan operation. Our proofer improves productivity and quality in baking breads.
