Airsaab deck oven is fully built with high-gauge stainless steel material with thick insulation layers to hold the heat. The oven has a modular design, each deck could work in-dependently. The oven has top fire and bottom fire. Due to the rational arrangement of heating wires, there is no “hot spot” inside the chamber. You could get super baking evenness without manually turning the trays. Each deck could be equipped with steam injecting and stone baking platform. Airsaab deck oven is perfect for baking cakes, toast, baguette, moon cake and pizza etc. One-year limited warranty
